Shopping became an entire culture in last decades. It's not only buying some necessary things, it's also a way to reduce stress. People buy a lot of just useless things to feel better and cheer up looking at them. There's even such an illness: people who can't live without shopping are called shopaholics.

Don't go shopping alone, in a bad mood and being hungry. Always make a list of things you should have and take only the sum of money you're going to spend. If there are discounts, spend the rest of money on your own (e.g. to relax in a cafй or save them. Ask the shop assistant to help you, they often have a good taste and can give a useful advice, so that you won't buy a thing that doesn't fit you. Get rid of useless things in your house, which you don't like, and you will see what you need and what you don't. Try to follow these advices, and you'll see you have more money than ever.

We go shopping almost every day. This occupation is pleasant for us and gives us many pleasant moments. These moments are our main motive for going shopping. If we took into account only our material needs, we would visit shops once a week. However, we must admit that we buy things not because we really need them, but because we are under the powerful influence of advertisement. Advertisement creates false inner incentives in us and we buy the advertised products, though later we understand that we don’t really need them.
